Javid Dadashkarimi
Postdoctoral Researcher
I am a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the Perelman School of Medicine, University of Pennsylvania, working with Professor Ragini Verma on developing deep learning tools for diffusion MRI with application to traumatic brain injury and autism. Previously, I completed my Ph.D. at Yale University under the guidance of Professors Dustin Scheinost and Amin Karbasi, where my research focused on applying optimal transport to connectomics data. I also spent a postdoctoral fellowship at the Martinos Center, where I developed synthetic data-based fetal brain segmentation tools.
