Yusuf Osmanlioglu
Postdoctoral Researcher
Yusuf is a computer scientist by training, with an expertise in graph theory and approximation algorithms to solve hard combinatorial optimization problems. During his postdoctoral training, he has been working on translating graph theoretical solutions into brain connectivity analysis, a.k.a., connectomics. Lately, he has been working on structure-function relationships in brain, structural brain connectivity alterations in traumatic brain injury, and connectivity in brain tumors. Yusuf is mostly an indoors person, enjoys having time with family and friends.
